I'm fascinated with this kind of stuff - especially the sex habits of past cultures and how that impacted them. <BR/><BR/>I purchase old dictionaries and encyclopedias all the time and it is amazing how different they are. I learn words in them you cannot find in dictionaries today. Interesting post and article. True that trendy words (lasting mebbe only a cupla hundred years) come and go, but basic words remain.
