I felt like I knew Jane, through the blogs. She always left the most thoughtful comments on my blog, and I enjoyed coming here and sharing virtual dialogues. I'm so sorry for your loss, she seemed like such a gentle soul.

That is so sad. A terrible loss. And I reiterate what others have said, thank you letting us know. At a time like this a bunch of strangers online must be the last thing on your mind.

Oh my, not what I expected to see on Jane's update. I am so very sorry to hear this. I had no idea she was sick. I loved reading Jane's blog posts, had really just begun to get to know her (as one does via blogs).

Like Jane, I'm a late bloomer to writing, and Jane so inspired me to keep at it. Her blog posts are all so informative and inspirational.

Jane's contribution to the world of blogging will be sorely missed. But she has left a legacy here for us, that of a very kind, thoughtful and giving person, and how very lucky we are.

My thoughts and prayers are with your and your family. My deepest sympathies. She will be missed.

OH no. Oh no!!!! What?!?! Forgive me, I am so sorry. I only discovered Jane's amazing blog very recently - much too recently and looked forward to her always thought-provoking posts every Monday. She was one of the very very very very few bloggers whose long posts I read from beginning to end and followed all the links she embedded because I was always heartily entertained by her writing.

I am truly sorry. Oh my goodness. I'm so sorry. Jane Kennedy Sutton. I'm so sorry. Take care

Kim, thank you for letting us know. Jane was in my blog book tours class some years ago, and stayed in touch long after. We all adored her, and appreciated her involvement and teamwork. The deepest condolences to you and your family.

Oh...I am in shock and I am in tears...so, so saddened to hear this. Jane was so wonderful. She was one of the first authors I interacted with when I started my book blog almost two years ago. She used to stop by my blog and comment and I would comment on hers as well, although not enough. I will miss her greatly. I am keeping your family in my thoughts. May dear, sweet Jane rest in peace.
